Ellington is an event space that transforms to fit your event, and offers a range of customizable features and services for you to choose from. We take the time to design your event with you to turn your vision into a reality.
Our outdoor patio is temperature controlled and protected from rain and weather.
Enjoy seated dinners for in either of our two ballrooms. With our flexible layout, we can comfortably host events ranging from 40-300 people.
Relax in the comfort of your own private room. Use this space to get ready before your event and keep personal items secure.
Starry night sky, uplighting, special effects including (but not limited to) fog, snow, black lights, laser show.
We can even personalize the honoree(s) name on the wall with our laser!
DANCE PARTY + SPECIAL FX
Our rustic barn doors connect our two ballrooms. Keep them closed for an intimate cocktail hour and open them up when it is time for guests to be seated for dinner.
We can offer DJ / MC services including a full surround-sound system. All of our speakers are hidden and operated from our own built-in DJ booth space.
All songs can be handpicked to fit your event.

Give your guests the gift of amazing memories with our fun and engaging photo booth.
Add on our Guest Book option to take home a printed copy of all of your guests' photos and customized messages from your guests in a photo album.
PHOTO BOOTH + SELFIE WALL
You can set up your ceremony in our covered + heated outdoor patio or in one of our ballrooms.
Save on unnecessary costs by supplying your own alcohol. We can offer bartending service--including a deluxe, LED raised bar, bartenders, and all the bar tools you’ll need for world-class cocktails.
We can provide a space for kids to enjoy the night as much as the adults with a bouncy house, art table, Netflix + Hulu, builders’ table, and more.
KIDS' ROOM + NANNIES
You can hire our staff to set up, serve, bus, and breakdown–leaving you with nothing left to do but have fun.
Save time and money with our tables and chairs (included in our Standard Package). We have both round and rectangular tables in multiple sizes. We have banquet chairs for up to 300, kids' chairs, highchairs, and lounge furniture.
TABLES + CHAIRS
Choose from a medley of color combinations if you'd like us to provide your linens and napkins. We can also provide all of your silverware, dishware, and glassware. Choose from our extensive selection to bring a touch of elegance to your food and beverages.
LINENS + TABLEWARE
Provide your own centerpieces, or choose from our centerpiece options to add a touch of elegance to your tables.
Give your guests a salty snack to fuel their dancing. (We also love the popcorn machine in the kids' room!)
We can provide some or all of your non-alcoholic beverages. We have several packages to choose from, including soft drinks, coffee + teas, and refreshing lemonade, iced tea, + water in our elegant glass + chrome dispensers.
Make a statement with our tall and elegant chocolate fountains.
Our built-in projectors make it easy to share videos or slideshows with your guests.
Bring your appetizer game up a notch with our charcuterie board services. Save money by providing your favorite meats, cheeses, and crackers, and we'll do the rest.
Create a comfortable area for your guest to enjoy just off of our outdoor patio.
Our unique facility layout allows us to wow your guests with a one-of-a-kind curtain show.
Bringing a band? Have us create a custom performance area for them to wow your guests in. We can also provide staging and draping if you wish.

Save hundreds of dollars by providing your own alcohol. We allow beer, wine, and hard liquor. Have us serve it, or provide your own bartender.

Handle catering however you wish, or use one of our preferred caterers.
We allow events to go as late as you want, as long as you want. Party 'til midnight, or keep it going into the morning (overtime fees will apply).
IN-HOUSE STAFFING SERVICES
Our staff can setup, breakdown, serve, bus, and much more. Ask us how we work with your favorite restaurants to reduce your food costs with drop-off catering.

Our Standard and Deluxe Packages range from $1800 to $3300 and include:
(Standard and Deluxe Package pricing is based on guest count, which may be up to 300)
Use of our lobby, luxurious ballroom, connected outside patio (temperature controlled, protected from rain and weather), and small side room (to be used as a dressing room, prep space, staging room, storage area, etc.). Additional fees apply for events that exceed 4 hours.
Twinkle lights and down-lighting in any color are included.
Ellington Staff will always be present to take care of any issues that can come up.
Our standard package even includes clean up, so at the end of the night you won't be cleaning our facility.
TABLES + CHAIRS
All tables and chairs (as well as their setup and breakdown) are included.
These include bathroom essentials, garbage bags, trash cans, and more.
Up to two hours of event planning is included--this ensures that we can can work together to design your event, turning your vision into a reality.
Check our availability below for your next event. If your event date is "Reserved," we recommend that you message us anyway, as we do occasionally have clients that will transfer their date.

We'll take you through a breakdown of all of our services and rentals as well as all associated pricing. During this process, we will provide an estimate that will be emailed to you on the spot, based on the basic services you will need and your guest count.
